I am a working professional. I eat a lot, but yet unable to gain weight. What should be ideal diet plan considering odd and somewhat longer working hours?

Hi, stop eating junk and processed food. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Take 4 egg white. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
