I am 26 years male. I am unable to pull back my skin to the penis ring completely. I don't have any pain even when it is erected. The main problem is extreme sensitivity of the penis glan. I literally get painful" electric shock " whenever I try to touch the penis glan. Apart from this I also get panic attacks with extreme nausea with painful shock. I guess I am suffering from phimosis. It is normal for people to get panic attacks and shocks like that who are suffering from phimosis. I have one doubt that could reason to my problem, instead of regular practice ofr masturbation, I actually rub my penis to bed while laying on my stomach. Is there is any other method than circumcision ? Please help me.

The initial choice of treatment is a steroid ointment that is locally applied. (this can be suggested by a doctor after you are examined in person) the ointment softens the foreskin and is applied for up to 6 weeks. When full retraction is possible the ointment is stopped. If this treatment is unsuccessful, a circumcision (surgical removal of foreskin) may be advised.
