I have a desk job at my work place and since last 2 years I have noticed that my weight has increased alot. Even though I walk alot bit still my weight has not reduced.

Start eating triphla chooran in morning with luke warm water empty stomach for 3 months, walk at least 60 minutes a day, start doing aff alternative fruit fasting for 45 days, means every alternative days you have to eat fruits and other altrnative day you have to eat normal diet, it may b difficult initially but if you make it a habit you will see a great change in urelf, many of my patients are doing aff from 3 years without fail and they look forward to follow it all their lives, one of my patients was 93 kg and he came to 67 kg in six months with aff.
