Hi, I am 16 years old and will be 17 in next 2-3 months. I am female. and I am suffering from PCOD. Due to which I suffer from many problems like hair fall. Acne. Weight gaining etc. I need to lose weight as per recommended by all doctors but coming at this stage its very difficult. Though I am working hard. and do exercise and have control on my diet but still its not working as it should. Can you please help me in my diet or ways through which I can reduce weight and get rid of this illness PCOD. and also help me to gain height as I look short.

Hi miss lybrate users, pcod is very common problems so nothing to worry about that, you lose 10% of your body weight it ll drasticaly improve your symptoms. You start doing 30 mins yoga and 1 hr aerobic exerxise including walking, jumping, skipping manage your diet like 2100 k cal is enough for a whole day. Take more protein, less fat, and mixed carbohydrtae diet with more of fibres. Take plenty of water nf fruits, do at least fast once in week. Thanks.

Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk.
