The key to fit body is, balanced diet and daily exercise. Avoid tea/coffee/alcohol and smoking and include fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits in our diet. Drink plenty of water, incorporate lots of protein followed by carbohydrate in your meal. Do not skip meals and choose any form of exercise that interests you.

Better to have healthy diet instead of fasting. Include more water, raw vegetables and fruits, sprouts. Start with 20 mins physical activity, you may start with brisk walking.
