I am working in 20 degrees temperature throughout the year in day time for 8 hours average. I have esonophile of 5.7.i always feel that my hand and feet are internally collapse. So what prevention and change I should obey to avoid any kind of health related issues from the above situation.

Please note that the environment which is unhealthy for you and you are sure to suffer from arthritis in future. You should avoid direct exposure of ac. Take coffee while working. Do morning walk/treadmill daily for at least 45-60 minutes.

Since you are working with environment of 20 degrees celsius so you should wear thick cotton clothings and use hot drinks to avoid adverse effects on your body. As regards your eosinophil count it is not too high and to regulate your eosinophil levels get your blood checked for tlc if it is higher than 4 % then take tab deeceeforte once daily for 10 days. 20 degrees is pretty low temperature. I hope you do not have to face an air draft at your work place. You should take a hot bath in the morning. During the bath you should splash hot water on your eyes and forehead. You should wear thick socks and a muffler or a fur cap or a monkey cap to protect your head.
