Hello My age is 25 .My question is from many months I fell discomfort when I do workout or something heavy weight lifting . Before this everything was all right I was involved in hardcore workout .I met so many doctors but they found everything normal they did many testing like (eco, blood testing, chest x-ray etc) . Is it psychological problem because I hv always fear in my head if I will do hardcore workout or long running it will create my breath worse .so any heart specialist or chest specialist can suggest me how to overcome this problem any help will be highly appreciated.Please tell.

hi you should take following remedies 1. first of all you should start meditation 2.have mahakalyanak ghruta 2 table spoon empty stomach in the morning 3. manas mitrak vatak 1 tab after lunch and dinner ... have this remedies just for 1 month then give me follow up
