Thinking about past it is not good attitude. Every one is depressed. If they think about past. Everyone is not perfect about their past incidents. Uneducated they do not think past and future. They are very happy and they settled early in family life. Educated too much thinking about past and furture so they have always problems. Educated they do not think about present days work. They waste their time to thinking about it. It is not only your problem. This problem is applicable to every one. Think about past it is very good but we learn good lesson from the past and take positive steps to not repeat again. This is called maturity. So feel and think like matured person. Do not be stress.
