What can be maximum endometrium thickness just prior to menses date? My last menses were on 10th June. On 28th june, I had USG done, which showed 11 mm endometrium thickness. And today that is 6th July, it's 28 mm. My gynaecologist said that it's premenstrual. But still I am worried. I would like a second opinion. I am 24 years old and unmarried.

Hello, 28 mm is a lot. The endometrial thickness before menses is usually 11-14 mm considering that there is no progesterone deficiency which is responsible for secretory phase and compacting of endometrium. 28 mm can cause heavy bleeding and also progesterone deficiency should be ruled out. Please follow up for further queries in detail.
