Get a hemogram, tsh and vitamin b12 level done. Eat lot of green leafy vegetables and fish. Exercise regularly and drink plenty of water. Take 7-8 hours of good sleep everyday. Make sure you are giving adequate time for leisure activities. Revert back with reports. If no improvement, medicines can be prescribed.
