It may be due to Arthalgia (Vataroga)as season also disturbs vata dosha in body and may leads to body pain and for it just follow below things 1.Follow 'Langhanam' I.e fasting for 1 to 2days I.e to reduces vata dosha 2.Avoid Brinjal, channa, Peas, curds, 3.Once in awhile take complete Body oil massage

avoid strain full activity like computer work and lifting weight. do hot fermentation and stretching exercise . rest must if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for few days
