Hello lybrate-user, it is quite normal and natural to have pimples during this weather. Avoid heat and humidity. Do not apply any oily or creamy stuff on face or scalp as you have more pimples on forehead. Wash your scalp daily if you have short hair or alternate day of ; long hair are present. In my patients I suggest my patients to apply clindamycin gel at night time over affected areas. Get it prescribed form a dermatologist and take further guidance. All best wishes.
