I am 20 year old ,my weight is 62. 8 and my height 5" 3 and I need loss belly fat and thighs in 2 months so some good suggestions.

Hi lybrate-user, To lose belly fat try doing core strengthening exercises, pilate's, squats. Reduce intake of refined and ready to eat foods as they have high sugars. This is one of the reason for belly fat. Do leg lifts and elyptical for reducing thighs. Eat 4-5 servings of fruits and vegetables. Eat quality protein from organic milk, egg, lean meat, beans, legumes ,pulses. Hope this helps you. Stay healthy stay fit.?
