I am 31 years old. My weight 94 kg I exercise 3 or 4 days in week. My feet and legs very pain I try massage oil and hot water but no relief pls help me relief my pain and go exercise daily.

Leg pain may be due to abruptly start/ stop of exercise stop exercise till you are having leg pain avoid fried/ oily food avoid sugar consult physician for further management.
