Dear madam, As you rightly identified, the key to resolution of grief is ventilation, that is share your burden with somebody trusted such as a friend, relative, doctor or therapist. the other thing to remember is rather than reducing your interaction with others, you need to increase it and meet people. Give more time for your hobbies. Do not neglect food and water. Take eight hours of sleep but then get out of the bed and dont keep lying down. DO this for a few days and you will feel better. If problems persist, the option of medicines is always available.
