My sugar is fluctuating. Sometimes fasting is 200 and pp is 140. This fluctuation especially is the sugar is low causes a lot of weakness extending to two-three days. Normally I take 24 units of injectable insulin. What can be the possible reasons for the fluctuation.

Blood sugar variations are very common. The cause may be 1. Not following proper dietary restrictions. 2. Not taking the medicines /insulin at the time adviced. 3. Any fever, stress, infection. 4. Reaction of other medicines, not applicable in your case as you are taking insulin. You need to consult with an expert and rectify the problem with proper coordination.
