Hi, for kids, always maintain a balanced, healthy and nutritious diet by giving seasonal fruits, salads, good amount of water, milk and milk products, legumes, cerelas, nuts (almonds, cashewnuts, pistachios, peanuts) and encourage him in for participating in physical activities which is a kind of exercise for kids. All these would help in increasing his immunity, maintaining good health. Give him homoeopathic medicine - alfalfa tonic twice a day for 3 months.
