Ringworm infection is most commonly spread by contamination with soils or water. Maintain proper hygiene practice daily in life. Consult any general physician physically for further evaluation of the infective lessions. You may use topical skin ointment as candid b ointment apply 3 times daily for 5 days. Use anti septic shower gel. Avoid soaps for bathing, as soaps contain lots of inorganic salts which may increase skin irritation. Use neem leaves in boiled water for bathing purpose. Medicines shall be prescribed only if your lession is confirmed as ringworm infection or resistant to topical lotion. Take care.
