I am 25 years old female. My problem is my menstrual cycle is not regular. My height 5 ft5 inch and weight 65 kgs. What I should do?

Hello- take 1 tsp black sesame seeds ten days before menses in the morning. Massage your abdomen clock wise daily with castor oil at night. Avoid carbohydrate rich diet if having constipation. Take a mild herbal laxative (trifla/isabgol) at bed time daily.
