Hello, you should not do fasting for weight loss or to get fit. Fasting and skipping of meals won't help you for healthy weight loss. To be fit or to shed those extra kilos you need to make permanent changes to the way you eat. There is a right way to dieting. Following are some tips: * have small and frequent meals. Say three main meals and three side meals. * eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, sprouts, oats, salads. * avoid eating junk foods. * count your calories. Read food labels. * eat the right amount of protein, carbs and fats. Take help of dietitian and plan your meals. * keep your body hydrated by drinking sufficient water. *get active. Go for walk and live fit and healthy life.
