I work for an IT company. We have shifts leading to unhealthy health conditions. Also random sleep patterns. I also workout in d gym 4 times a week without any supplements. I constantly suffer frm stomach issues or fever or tonsils infection almost every alternate month. I would like to overcome this weakness of mine and increase immunity and strength. I need your guidance for the same.

So, it is taking toll on your body in such a way that it is not co-operating with your gymming. At first you need to buildup a habit of healthy diet and healthy lifestyle irrespective of your working schedule. And consulting a dietician will help you to build that. The dietician will tell you what to eat, when, how and how much.
