Hi, timely and balanced diet is as important as regular medicine intake to control diabetes. You should go for 30 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Include complex carbohydrates and high fibre, protein rich food in your diet. No long gapes and skipping of meals. Avoid junk food and oily food. No overeating. Don't miss breakfast. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Follow a proper diet & exercise regimen. If you have type 1 diabetes, then you need to be on insulin life long. If you have type 2 diabetes, then probably you can be off medications.
