I can not sleep at night .its like I can not turn off my brain .It keeps in thinking stuff and when I sleep I can not wake up. Whats the matter?

sometimes stress, being tired or long day naps can cause sleepless nights. relax before u go to sleep. lie on the bed and contract and relax ur muscles. one muscle at a time. a little bit of sleep councelling will help you
