Im doing exercise everyday at evening I ate after doing work out sometime I sleep also Is there any health problem. Can any one suggest me time management for the workout food sleep drinking water etccc.

Hello, exercising for gaining on muscle size is called hypertrophy of muscles which is possible by making the following modifications- 1. Diet- have a high carbohydrate and high protein diet. Low fat milk, milk products-curd, paneer, dals and pulses, meat, fish, egg whites especially post workout. Have frequent meals at 2-3 hours intervals. 2. Exercise- doing weight training for 45 mins atleast 3-4 days/week. Lifting heavy weights with 6-8 repetitions and in between sets resting period of 1.5-2 mins. 3. Rest- taking good rest for 8-10 hours will lead to release of anabolic hormones leading to muscle built up. 4. Water- 1 glass of water every hour will help. All the best!
