hello doctor, good day. i am 32 years old man unmarried . I have some sexual problem. While I am having sex seeing that within 1 minute I discharge and there is a problem of sex interest. Seeing myself lack of sex interest and feeling in romantic & sexual environment also. Also lacking interest while having sex. I am not satisfied also after doing sex. My parents are insisting me for marriage but I am afraid to get married. I need help.
