Is it good to have 2 eggs , milk , nuts , carrots n banana all together for breakfast and Oats with milk as evng snack and milk with honey before sleep? Looking for diet to reduce tummy n get fit. Please suggest proper diet.

Hello lybrate-user, You can have either egg or milk. One egg per day is fine. Limit milk to 200 ml per day it also includes you tea and curd consumption. Ehen using carrot do not use banana and vice versa. As both are sugary and rich in glycemic index. To reduce tummy fat along with good protein you should also have ginger. Yes it is ok but without honey. To loose with heathy food like eat every 2-3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, no to aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day.
