I am 24 years old and of fair complexion but only my hands from shoulder to fingers are blackened n look like burnt coal I took medication from doc n he suggested medicines like antibiotics and creams like salic12 but there was no effect what may be problem is there any tests available to diagnosis of if any skin disease?
