Hello Nutritionist / Experts, I have reached plateau in my weightless regime. Please suggest some diet plan or effective workout how should I break this. I am on plateau since 3 months. I am having 5-6 meals small portion every day approx 1000-1100 calories. And do Brisk walk 30 mins or climb steps for 15 mins and stretching. Please help me in breaking this plateau.

To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food.
