Mr. Lybrate-user, the above values are fairly good, particularly t3 & t4, tsh is marginally high, it falls in to a category as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. At that level no treatment is advocated. Certain precautions like avoiding soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, peanuts, mustard and coffee. Regular exercise to avoid weight gain and consume more of green leafy vegetables as well as use whole grain flour for chapati nad roti. Avoid maida and products made out of it.
