I am 22 years old. My concern is about weight loss. My current weight is 61 kgs. Over the last one year I have lost 5 kgs of weight and now I think I look thin. please help me gain weight by natural ways or is joining gym a alternate option. please help.

Weight should be 1 kg/inch. At the age of 30 yrs. So don't worry about the weight. The food rich in fat & do light exercise daily.
