Sir, I am a men with 21 years. I have a pimple like spots in my right sleeve which is light red in color, touching that with fingers is paining. First one pimple is coming after 2 to 3 days another one is there in opposite. What is the reason of this problem and give me a solution for preventing them. Thank you.

Sir, getting pimples is due to blood impurities and hormonal imbalance. 1) don't try to squeeze or break the pimples. 2) apply chandan+multani mitti+half+ jaiphal paste to it for 8 days. 3) wash face with neempowder at least three times a day. 4) drink milk and turmeric daily for blood purification. 5) avoid nonveg, pickles, oily, spicy foods. 6) have good sleep at night. Avoid day time naps. 7) take lot of fresh fruits, salads and vegetables. 8) take a cotton ball and soak it with water above curd. Cleanse your face daily after traveling outside.
