Mere papa ka stomach bht bdaa hua h unki age 70 years hai. Kya aap kuch solution bta sakti h jisse unka pet thora km ho jaye. He have also h asthma problem so he can not able to walk long way. Please suggest me something.

first cure asthma so that he can walk. For asthma : put 1 tea spoon dalcheeni powder in warm water at night and in morning drink that water empty stomach, eat this regularly for 3 months and his asthma will be cured, for better results start doing kapaal bhati without fail, in morning before eating dal cheeni.walk as much as he can comfortably, eat less than hunger and do not eat sitting on chair rather sit on floor and eat ( sukhasan) , do not drink water after meals give a gap of 90 minutes. on every Sunday eat fruits from 7 am to 4 pm. do yogasana if possible,
