There are various complications which can occur are common are 1.Under correction Residual number still remains ,usually occurs in patients with high number 2.Overcorrection More ablation is done 3.Glare and halos It occurs in night wen pupil is dilated 4.Dry eye 5.post LASIK ectasia. Thining of cornea occurs 6.Rarely infection There are various other complications that may occur However the serious complications rate are less than 5%.
