Hi, I am a 22 years old female and I have a bad habit of drinking water after every meal. Without it, I feel as if the food hasn't reached my stomach. Is it true that this result in making you fat? Can we have warm water or that is also not recommended?

There are not such hard and fast rules for drinking by water it is not advise s d with food because it dilutes the digestive juices secreted in the stomach for digestion if you can't manage without it you can take a little water and it definitely doesn't add fat to your body
