Sir, since last 2 year I feel pain in my right testicle when I touch the right testicle. I see there it always slightly bigger than leftone. I also feel small lump on upper site of testicle. My penis is always tilted towards left. I shown to urologist he suggested doppler but the doppler report is normal and doctor told me to just support the testicle, but till I have same problem please suggest to get rid from this.

Dear, as your doppler study is normal it rules out varicoele. Now one has to look for other causes like stone in lower half of right ureter which can give referred pain in testis. Secondly one has to consider epididymitis of chronic variety. So, get sonography (kub) and semen test and post the reports here.
