Surya, i feel ur muscles are weak. U need to train ur musclea and slowly strengthen them. this process takes time. if ur pain is severe and disturbing ur day to day routine then u can take some anti inflammatory medicines and do h9t homentation. precautions- dont bend forward and avoid lifting heavy weight. do not sit continuously more than 45 mins.
