Hi Doctor, I goes to gym daily. I am a pure vegetarian please suggest me food that I should take in dinner which can help me in muscle recovery. Thanks.

Eat 100 gms sprouted and steamed matar or moong with curd in dinner. Eat some dal in the lunch. Eat some tofu or soya badi in lunch. Do not eat maida, sugar or fried foods. These things add calories without supplying protein. Therefore they works against your objective of gaining muscle.
