My husband age 37 is always seems to be so tired. And at the moment he lies bed started sleeping. Gave energy drinks n home remedies but doesn't work. Any suggestions?

For increasing stamina: 1. hydration- 3 litres water daily 2. Small frequent meals at regular intervals (2-3 hrs) instead of 3-4 large meals. Healthy snacks in between main meals- coconut water, fruits, buttermilk, lassi, sprouts, nuts. 3. Regular exercise esp brisk walking 4. Annual health check up including Hb, thyroid
