if your placenta is low lying covering os even in last month of pregnancy then there is no chance of normal delivery
If placenta is low lying and anterior , there is no need to take the risk of a normal delivery. LSCS has to be done to save the mother from hemorrhage & to save the baby from getting asphyxiated
