I am 28 years old. Sometimes I suffer from a severe backache due to which I find breathing uncomfortable due to pain. So what should I do.

Doing yoga esp bhujangasana regularly at lest for 5 mints will help you to reduce the pain, Along with bhujangasana, if you do ardha shalabhasana with each leg for 5 mints & shalabhasana for 5 minits. breathlessness will be not there. Along with yogaasan stat using homeopathy medicine to prevent the backache in future.
