U can try some easy to follow rules to have a sound and refreshing sleep at night: 1. Try to sleep before 11PM.. 2. Take your dinner atleast 90 min before sleep... 3. Have a little walk after dinner.. 4. Do not use Mobile or watch TV atleast 1 hour before sleeping... 5. Spent the last hour before sleeping with your family and call it Happy family Hour.. 6. While in bed trying to sleep ,do not let any unhappy or disturbing thought coming in ur mind... Just close ur eyes and try to think absolutely nothing (Focus on ur breathing) 7. Try to sleep on ur back or on left side.. Never sleep on ur abdomen or on ur right side.... 8. U can try soaking ur legs in warm salt water in a bucket or a light head massage during Happy Family Hour... I hope these measures are gonna help... al d best...
