I am 20 year old female and I have headache daily. I have been using balm but its not getting over it gets increase by time and besides this my belly is increasing day by day what should I do to decrease it. And give some advice for headache its been paining a lot now a days.

Hi thanks for asking your query headaches are due to mainly irregularity in meals, improper metabolism, mental and physical stress, viewing of tv for long periods, reading with insufficient light, sleeplessness, etc. So try to avoid triggering factors 1) include cooked vegetables without oil in your diet 2) vegetable juices and soup, fruits and fruit juices including apple, mango. 3) highly-fruit based diet for a day or two can relieve pain. 4) grapes, lemons, cabbage juice are especially important. 5) have rice, salad and buttermilk in your diet thanku.
