Hai, am 23 years male, daily in night I soak green gram, chick pea, cow pea each 20 count in water. Then in morning I remove water from that and wash that peas. Then I will eat in morning. Do this right procedure. ?whether the vitamins go along with water. Am eating that peas removing water. And I want to know what are the vitamins and minerals, what are the health benefits by eating those peas in morning. I want brief explanation.

These are protein, fibre & B vitamin rich. By soaking you are reducing the content of inhibitors (phytates) in these whole legumes, thus enhancing the nutrient availability. But you may consider sprouting them before consumption for higher nutrient content (vitamin C also)& better digestibility.
