I am pure vegetarian, even I don't eat onion and garlic. My weight used to be 50 kg to 55 kg but now I am 72 kg. I am 23 years old. I want to reduce it to 60 to 55 kg. I take too much stress and I also have migraine from 2 years and also my weight increased after migraine. But now I have less headache occurred only sometime. I do night shift job 4 pm to 2 am. So please suggest what should I do to reduce my weight.

Hello, I feel the underlying cause of obesity needs to be found. In your case it could be the stress. You work in night shifts which gives your body a lot of stress on a regular basis causing release of cortisol in the body on a regular basis. Cortisol hormone in itself leads to weight gain. You also need to check your thyroid levels to rule out hypothyroidism.
