Hi, I am 33 year old married Male, and working as software professional. Since 2-3 years I am experiencing issue with motion, in one go in the morning motion is not cleared. Sometimes whole stomach is filled with gas, and it passes whole day. What change I should do in my diet/life style so that this problem is solved. I am strictly vegetarian and does not drink/smoke. Few tips I would like to suggest u.. * start taking Luke warm water in the morning n if possible after every heavy meal * try to finish dinner by 8 PM * just after dinner never retire to bed.walk for a while * Avoid cold drink ,ice cream as dessert after meal. * try to sleep within an hour after dinner if possible. * take whole fruits n vegetables instead of juice or extract. * Take dal or Luke warm water adding cumin ,dry ginger powder n black pepper in the morning.

Dear lybrate-user, better you change your life style. Regular sleep for 6-7 hrs daily is a must in your case. Strictly avoid day sleep. Curds, and buttermilk should be avoided. More fibrous vegetables are good for you. Daily light exercise is advised. Hingashtaka churna 1tsf two times daily immedietly after food with hot (like hot tea) water. Morning and night. In the begining for a few days add 15 ml of castor oil with hot water before going to bed. Only at night. Good luck, I have cured many such cases by adminstering panchakarma trearment.
