M in age of 38, pure vegetarian. My weight 77 height 5.3" my bone density check shows -2. M unable to walk or exercise regular. How can I reduce lower body fat?

Take more calcium, everyday. Try some yoga exercises, do regular pranayama. This will improve your health and keep you fit. Try whatever simple asanas you can do, example, -butterfly asana -tadasana -trikona asana -kapalbhati -deep breathing -bridge posture etc. You also need to control your diet and eat healthy. Avoid oily and sugary foods, take calcium and foods rich in vitamins and minerals. Practicing yoga and pranayama regularly will not make you feel week but will give you strength.
