For 5.1 feet you need to reduce only 10 kgs + from 65 kgs now. It will not be difficult to inculcate healthy habits now at age 25 which are sort of lifestyle modifications for heart health also. I will not advice surgery to reduce 10 kgs only. If you have not tried diet + exercise, start now. If you feel that hips are oversized, they will get in proportion as the weight sheds. Try walks, cycling, swimming, steady cycle at home & exercising while watching tv in privacy of your home (any one of above or all of above) yoga as meditation and also as a stretching exercise. Dieting is simple and you can do it minus any special diet charts. Give up sugar and fats. Take simple proteins which are nourashing and filling too-a glass of toned milk/ katori of curd/ assorted nuts/ dry roasted chane/ boiled egg/ lassi minus sugar and fats. Eat as much as you like-every seasonal vegetable and fruit-never mind the sugar in them, it is healthy sugar. Eat one full meal of roti daal chaawal. Reduce intake of salt as it leads to water retention. Take juice of fresh lemon + spoon of honey + glass of warm water everyday on empty stomach. Drink 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar with juice or a spoon of honey with water. Do write back after a month, weight reduction will be @ 5 kgs /month, may stabalise for some time followed by rapid decline in weight till you reach your target of 50-55 kgs to look and feel healthy.
