Due to over masturbation. my friend's head hairs are falling. now he completely stopped that masturbation. But still his hairs are falling. very fast. So please help me. How should he stop that hair falling and Is it possible to regrowth of hairs on head. Please suggest any 100% effective solution. .

Hello- masturbation decreases your body immunity and make prone to diseases like weight loss, hair fall etc. You friend has stopped masturbating but he has to take some replenishing herbal medication to cover the loss (dhatu shaya) happened after masturbation. Yes it is possible to regrow hairs. 1. A) use nili bhringadi hair oil daily for scalp massage. B) anu tail nasal drops 2 drops twice daily. C) eat narsimha rasayana 1 tsp twice daily. D) avoid salty and spicy diet, avoid fast food, and go to bed before 10 pm.
