My age is 23 years old. Hight is 5.11 feet & weight is73. 3 kgs . I heard that , drinking of green tea for years may have side effects . My question is , does drinking green tea , a cup daily can cause any side effects ? I have no health issues , I read that , green tea lower the testosterone and also effects testicles . Can I continue drinking of green tea for life long or for limited years ?

Don't get addicted to anything these negative and positive reports keep coming every now and then and again it depends upon which green tea you are taking in my opinion occasional use of these things is alright.
