Hello sir Past 2-3 days I got some realistic type of dreams related to my life. I can't remember it properly but it make me dull in mentally. And I feel like very disturbed and tensed. I can't concentrate on my study due to this. I have not experienced before this type of situation, it was first time. And one more thing , At one night dreams comes 3-4 times continuously one by one. My age -22 I sleep less becoz of IES preparation. My sleeping timing - 4 am to 11 am Thanks in advance

You report of having dreams almost 3-4 times every night. Also you admit remembering them vividly in your short span of sleep. This itself suggests your lack of restful and relaxing sleep. A tense and anxious mind with a burden of sleep lag would eventually land up having more of rem sleep, causing dreams to be remembered. I would advise you you have 7-8 hours of restful sleep daily. For relaxation you may try deep breathing exercises, yoga or meditation too.
